Ultraspeed Cars & Coffee
Pale Horse Coffee partnered with Ultraspeed for a Cars & Coffee show on April 2 at Summit Pointe. Hot cars and hot coffee make a nice pair. Check out Pale Horse Coffee’s Facebook page (here) for other events and happenings. The next Cars & Coffee show is May 7 from 8 am to noon. A Year In Review
So much happened at Summit Pointe in 2021. New residents at Helix and businesses at 555 Belaire brought the 10-year vision to life. Here’s a recap of all of the exciting developments in 2021. JANUARY
Davis Law PLC moved into 555 Belaire,
the first tenant to occupy the six-story
office tower.

FEBRUARY
First Watch leased 3,800 square feet of
free-standing anchor restaurant space on
Pinnacle Drive.

MARCH
Construction was started on Mosaic, the
$68 million addition to Summit Pointe that
includes a total of 270 apartments, a
courtyard pool complex and street-level
retail and restaurants.

APRIL
Pale Horse Coffee leased 2,000 square
feet at 540 Belaire Avenue.

MAY
MAP Communications and its subsidiary
Posh Virtual Receptionists leased 28,800
square feet on the 6th floor of 555
Belaire, and ReavesColey PLLC leased
5,100 square feet on the 3rd floor.

JUNE
Integrated Financial Partners, Inc. leased 2,400 square feet of office space at 555 Belaire.

JULY
Luce Secondo leased 6,500 square feet of
of signature restaurant space at 1500 Belaire Ave.

AUGUST
Wasserhund Brewing Company opened. Cheers!

SEPTEMBER
M&M Hospitality Group leased 10,000 square feet of signature restaurant space for Cork & Bull

NOVEMBER
The streetscape sculpture by Rob Lorenson, Green Dragon Rhythm, was Installed on the
plaza at 555 Belaire.

DECEMBER
The Key Salon Studios leased 1,000 square
feet for a one-of-a-kind experience including
hair, massage, esthetics and meditation.
We are all very excited about Pale Horse Coffee opening in early January. Pale Horse Coffee will serve a multitude of single-origin coffees in addition to a full line of flavored coffees. The beans, sourced from all over the world, are roasted locally.

Summit Pointe’s newest art installation, Green Dragon Rhythm by Rob Lorenson, is an urban streetscape sculpture. His metal work is an expression of form, space and place making. For Rob, every space is a new challenge, and every client is a new friend. This new sculpture provides visual engagement as well as cultural and social value. It has been installed on the plaza at 555 Belaire.

EXCELLENCE IN CONSTRUCTION AWARDS
Summit Pointe was recently awarded two Awards of Excellence by Associated Builders and Contractors at its 8th Annual Construction Awards. 555 Belaire was acknowledged in the commercial category, and Helix was acknowledged in the residential multi-family category.
