February’s Groundbreaking Construction News
Summit Pointe Realty is excited to announce that Phase Two of construction is officially underway. With Phase Two comes the groundbreaking on the first 133 living units on Belaire Avenue with ground-floor retail space. Across Belaire Avenue, a six-story, 150,000 square-foot office building featuring a complementary ground-floor restaurant and retail spaces will break ground in March.
