Summit Pointe is pleased to announce that Pale Horse Coffee will open with its second location at 570 Belaire Avenue this fall. Veterans Don Wingard (Navy – 30 years), Mike Vecchione (Coast Guard – 20 years) and Gray Livingston (Air Force – 21 years) opened the first Pale Horse Coffee location at 1296 South Battlefield Blvd. in Chesapeake, and the business has exceeded expectations ever since. We look forward to enjoying a multitude of single-origin coffees in addition to a full line of flavored coffees. The beans, sourced from all over the world, are roasted locally, and Pale Horse Coffee is one of the only air roasters in Virginia.
Growing Roster at 555 Belaire
Leases and Expansion Total 34,911 Square Feet
The stunning 555 Belaire is attracting a lot of attention and new office tenants. We are pleased to welcome two new businesses that have joined the expanding roster. MAP Communications and its new subsidiary Posh Virtual Receptionists have leased 28,813 square feet on the 6th floor of 555 Belaire. Founded in 1990, MAP is a nationwide provider of inbound call center solutions and virtual receptionist services, and Summit Pointe will serve as the company’s new headquarters. ReavesColey PLLC leased 5,098 square feet on the 3rd floor. The law firm has 14 attorneys and specializes in government contracts, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, patents and intellectual property, construction, employment, international trade, litigation and estate planning and administration. These tenants will join the first tenant to occupy the building, Davis Law PLC, that initially leased 3,000 square feet of office space on the 3rd floor and has also executed an expansion amendment for an additional 1,000 square feet. Davis Law PLC is a business law firm that handles commercial litigation and negotiates complex business transactions with national and international businesses including Fortune 100 companies.
Signs of the Future
If you’re driving down Volvo Pkwy, you may notice a few things – specifically some new signs! Construction has started on Mosaic, our next development with apartments, retail and parking, and also First Watch, Summit Pointe’s first freestanding restaurant opening in spring 2022.
